2024 In July, a construction permit was granted for the construction of a new 6,000 sq. meters Šiaurės Lyceum school in the district of Didžioji Riešės, Vanaginės street 51A, Vilnius. The school plans to open its doors to students as early as the autumn of 2025. This will be the second educational institution of the Šiaures Lyceum in Lithuania. Up to 700 will be able to study there once all planned stages are completed.
The new Šiaurės Lyceum is being built on a plot of 2 hectares, in an area of individual houses not far from the main road to Molėtai. It is intended to create a safe, friendly environment in the school and its territory, attention will be paid to the safety of the surrounding streets and the convenience of the community will be taken care of, so that children can come to school by themselves, on foot, by bicycle or scooter.
The Šiaurės Lyceum follows the principles of nordic education, one of the most important of which is community. The architecture of the new school is also focused on fostering community. The first graders will start studying and the 180-seat Šiaurės Lyceum kindergarten for children from 1.5 to 5 years old. In this way, the school will be raised to a high school in a few years.

In addition to the direction of schools and kindergartens, we also initiated the project of private student housing and the establishment of the “IAM Student Housing Fund” managed by “1 Asset Management”. The purpose of this fund is investment in modern co-living type student housing in the Baltic countries and CRE, and the target size of the fund is EUR 155,000,000. Currently, student houses are already operating in Kaunas, Vilnius, Riga and Krakow, and a new locations are under development in Warsaw and Wroclaw.
