Engagement Policy

Explanation of the Decision Not to Adopt an Engagement Policy

Pursuant to Article 41¹(1) of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Markets in Financial Instruments, UAB Taurus Wealth (the “Company”) hereby informs that it has chosen not to develop and publicly disclose an engagement policy.

The Company provides individual portfolio management services to retail and professional clients. Its portfolio management activities focus on achieving clients’ individual investment objectives, taking into account their investment strategies, risk tolerance and other individual needs.

Although the agreements concluded with clients authorise the Company to exercise voting rights on their behalf at general meetings of shareholders of issuers, the Company does not exercise these rights in practice and does not actively engage in the corporate governance of issuers.

Having regard to the nature of its services, its client portfolio management model and its actual shareholder engagement practices, the Company has chosen not to comply with the requirements set out in Article 41¹(1) of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Markets in Financial Instruments to develop an engagement policy and publicly disclose information on its implementation.

The Company periodically reviews this decision, taking into account changes in the nature of its activities, investment strategies and applicable legislation.
