Citadele Bank granted a loan of EUR 10.5 million to UAB “Aguonų projektai”

Citadele Bank has provided a loan of EUR 10.5 million to the company “Aguonų projektai”, intended for a private school infrastructure project in Vilnius.

Therefore, it is natural that expectations are increasing not only for the quality of knowledge provision but also for the learning environment itself. We appreciate the opportunity to contribute to this modern project, which creates added value for the city and society,” said Vaidas Žagūnis, member of the management board of Citadele Bank and head of the Business Banking Service for the Baltic States.

The building, covering more than 7300 sq. m., located on Aguonų Street in Vilnius, was acquired in 2021 by “Erudito” Lyceum together with the family of Marius Jakulis Jason and partners from “Taurus Wealth.” After major renovations, the school started its activities in the premises from September 2022. The loan will be used to refinance previous financial obligations.
